These plates were made by Kuntze, a commission agent of Simrock, in Amsterdam. This edition appears in the appendix of Simrock's catalogue from 1809(based on Beethoven-Archiv) Wove paper watermarked: I. P. Schneider Imprint: [Bonn: Commissionslager in Beul, 1809]
